Home access Health lab test for type 2 diabetes screening

This is a consumer friendly, easy to use, secure and private, cost effective FDA cleared test to screen for pre-diabetes or established Type 2 Diabetes.

It is referred to as HALT (Home Access Lab Test), and is used to measure the Hemoglobin A1c, the average blood sugar over the past 120 days, and is a diagnostic indicator for detecting the presence of Type 2 Diabetes.

HALT is the only independent FDA cleared clinical screening A1c test available to individuals without a physician's prescription that produces results consistent with standard laboratory practices.

HALT is an In Home-Mail Out test for the screening of Type 2 Diabetes using the American Diabetic Association's and the Endocrine Society's approved diagnostic test: the Hemaglobin A1c.

This allows you to get screened for Type 2 Diabetes without having to invest the time, energy and expense of going to the laboratory or the doctor's office.

After HALT receives your kit samples, it will be analyzed and your result will be sent to you along with a letter, HIPAA secured, from Dr. Vash, an endocrinologist and board certified internist, explaining your result and offering some guidance and suggestions.
